WHO
Who will provide the care for the children?
The nannies of Nannyland have a few of the same things in common. They ENJOY working with children! They have EXPERIENCE working with children! And they have been TRAINED by us! Allow the staff of Nannyland to wow you with their PATIENCE, PASSION and PERSISTENCE. Provide the space and we will provide not just care, but fun!
Who pays for the childcare services?
That is up to you! As an event host you have the autonomy to determine who will be responsible for the cost of Nannyland’s services. Charges can be paid by you, individual corporations, each parent, etc.
WHAT
What ages do you provide child care for?
Nannyland provides childcare services for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age.
What about food for the children?
Nannyland does not provide food for the children in our care. However, we will supervise and assist with feeding the children any food provided by our clients. Nannyland enforces a nut-free environment.
What about liability?
Nannyland is a company registered with the State of Texas. We are verified, bonded and insured. We require each parent to read and sign a waiver to protect your child, your rights and the staff of Nannyland.
What do you charge?
Safety is important to us! Your cost is determined by the ages and number of children, times the number of nannies, and hours that we will provide childcare for at your event. A $150 activities fee with a 4 hour minimum is required for all reservations. To discuss the specific needs of your event and receive an estimate, contact us today!
What form of payment do you take?
Nannyland’s services can be paid for via credit card, Zelle, and Paypal. Acommodations for corporate checks can be made.
WHEN
When does a prospective client need to make a reservation?
The sooner the better! In order to adequately prepare for your event we suggest you make your reservation as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks before your scheduled event. Don’t take the risk; make sure we are available for your event by booking us today!
When is the payment due for Nannyland’s services?
Fifty percent of your assessed fee (50%) is due upon signing the contract for your scheduled event. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event taking place.

Because change is inevitable, but accountability is important!
Why should I hire Nannyland?
Because we provide care for children that is fun, but most importantly safe! Never use the words “no children allowed” or “adult only event” again! Show your appreciation and respect for the parenting individuals attending your event by aligning with our mission - “Allowing families the option of attending events together regardless of the occasion”.
HOW
How many children can you care for?
Nannyland will provide care for any number of children, as long as the space provided is sufficient enough to accommodate the number of children in attendance.
How will I know my child is safe?
Nannyland’s primary priority is the safety of your children and your peace of mind! We complete a comprehensive background check for each employee, they are CPR and first aid certified, and have prior experience working with children.
Our secure check in/out process requires each parent to confirm their identify with a government issued photo ID for themselves or any person(s) listed to have contact with the child(ren) while they are in the care of Nannyland.
In addition, parents are required to pre-register their children prior to each scheduled event to ensure that Nannyland can prepare successfully to provide adequate care. Registration information may include pertinent restroom, feeding, dietary, allergy needs, etc.
How will the children be entertained?
Nannyland has a list of age appropriate activities that you can select from. For example, scrapbooking, movie time, board games, tech time, arts and crafts, spelling bee, puzzle mania and more. You provide the children, and we’ll provide the materials and fun! You can request activities as well and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How far will you travel?
Nannyland is based in Houston, Texas. However, we are happy to travel to any city or state near you. Travel fees will apply.
